In August 2018, we once again experienced the excitement of harvest in our vineyards. This period, when the patience and dedication of the entire season come together, is always one of the most special moments of the year. Harvest began early in the morning, as the first light of day spread across the vines. We carefully followed each row to pick the grapes at their perfect moment of ripeness and balance.
Every cluster carried the character of the season, the soil, and the rhythm of nature. Bringing this vibrant energy from the vineyard to the winery was a great joy for us.
The 2018 harvest was not only a stage of production, but also a reflection of passion, teamwork, and dedication. These intense yet beautiful days added a new chapter to the story of Ayda. We are already looking forward to seeing how the 2018 vintage will evolve over time. 🍇🍷
