Production
At Ayda Winery, production began in 2016. The winery uses the “Vinification Intégrale” method. Today, this technique—applied by only a few châteaux worldwide to their top-segment products—yields excellent results for Old World-style winemaking.
All wines undergo alcoholic fermentation, maceration, and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
All produced wines are vegan-certified and contain no animal-derived products.

As the Ayda Winery & Vineyards team, we made our first export in January 2020 to the UK with our Pinot Noir 2017, Syrah 2017, Merlot 2018, and Sauvignon Blanc 2018 products. All of our products can be accessed through our UK-based website at aydawines.co.uk.
