At Ayda Vineyards, we prioritize the effective management of health, environment, quality, energy, carbon emissions, and resource use to ensure the sustainability of our operations. We adopt the principle of working in compliance with existing legal regulations as well as national and international laws and approaches, while taking into account the demands and expectations of our stakeholders.

We protect the rights of our employees and contribute to their development by offering a fair and participatory work environment where social justice is continuously improved. We support female employment by ensuring that women have equal and active participation in the business world.

We measure the greenhouse gas emissions resulting from our activities and set targets to reduce them. By using renewable resources, we reduce our carbon emissions and support projects that promote the efficient use of resources through energy efficiency. To ensure the sustainability of resources, we monitor our consumption and aim to raise awareness among our employees about efficient resource use.

In product design, we prioritize the use of recyclable materials. By adopting a zero-waste management system, we ensure that materials are recycled and reused as resources.

We place great importance on the health and safety of our employees, maintain the welfare of the work environment, and continuously implement improvements. We regularly inspect physical conditions, identify risks, and take precautions to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
